AIOS Second Brain · Live implementation

We get on one video call and install the AIOS Second Brain on your own computer, with your business already inside it. You do the clicks and I guide each one on your shared screen. When we hang up, you open Claude Code, ask who you are, and it answers from what we built together.

Not a slide deck

I will not show you slides about AI. I open the system my own work runs on.

Everything we install in the meeting already runs my operation every day: projects, decisions, clients and processes in one vault, with Claude reading that context and doing the work on top of it. You see the real files, the mistakes I made along the way and the reason behind each rule.

See the agenda

Your AI is blind.

You open ChatGPT and explain your business again. Tomorrow you explain it once more. The answer comes back polished, generic and useless, and you fix it by hand. That does not happen because the tool is bad. It happens because it never knew anything about you.

Meanwhile your business produces knowledge all day and throws it away. The terms you gave in yesterday's quote are buried in an email thread. The reason you lost that client lives in one person's head. The process that works sits in a document nobody has opened since March. The AI cannot use what it cannot reach.

What is missing is a context layer underneath the tool. It gets installed in one meeting.

The morning after the meeting

What changes is not the software you own. It is what happens the next time you ask for something.

You stop re-explaining your business

Offer, prices, clients, objections, processes and past decisions live in one place: your vault, in Obsidian, on your computer and in your accounts. From the next morning on, when you ask for something, it already knows who it is talking about.

Meetings stop evaporating

Paste a call transcript and the system decides what is worth keeping, records the decisions and next steps, and files them in the right project. Tuesday's meeting is still findable in July.

Every session picks up where the last one stopped

One word at the end of the work and everything it produced is filed. The next time you open it, the AI is handed who you are and what happened last time, before you type anything.

And the template is yours

The folder structure, the rules, the skills and the prompts stay with you. Run the interview again when your business changes, and add your own skills without waiting for anyone.

The meeting, block by block

About three hours on one video call, with your screen shared. I explain, you do it on your own machine, and the last part is yours to ask whatever you want.

Part 1

Prepare the machine

First 30 minutes

Obsidian, Claude Code, Git and Python installed and talking to each other, on Windows, Mac or Linux.

The folder created in the right place. Not Downloads, not the Desktop, no space in the name. These are the small details that break an install on day one.

Arrive with everything installed and we go straight to Part 2.

Part 2

Bring the vault to life

Next 45 minutes

One sentence and Claude clones the vault into your folder. Then it interviews you: nine short questions about who you are, what you sell and how you work.

You answer about your real business, not an example. Point it to your website or a document and it draws from them.

We close Claude Code, open it again and ask who you are. It answers without reading anything on the spot.

Part 3

Load your context

Next hour

Your offer, your clients, your processes and the decisions you have already made go into the vault, each in its own place.

If you have used ChatGPT or Gemini for months, /importar-contexto brings what they know about you into the vault.

We process one real transcript of yours, a sales call or a class, and watch it turn into decisions and next steps in the right project.

Part 4

Put it to work

Last 45 minutes

Your first real tasks on top of the context: a proposal, a page brief, a follow-up email, the plan for your week.

How to call the agents, how to tidy the vault with /organizar and how to close every session with eiirp.

The last half hour is open questions, about your system, with your files on the screen.

What you need, and what it costs

The setup runs on Claude and Obsidian, so I would rather tell you now than on the day.

Obsidian

Where your vault lives. Free, no account needed.

Free

Claude Pro or Max

The part with a cost. The free plan cannot handle what we do in the meeting. The subscription is yours and you cancel whenever you want.

From USD 20/month

A computer you can install on

Windows, Mac or Linux, with permission to install apps. A work laptop locked by IT stops us in Part 1.

Required

Your material

Your website, a description of your offer, a few documents and, if you have one, a meeting transcript.

Recommended

You could follow the guide alone. Here is the difference.

The installation guide is free and complete. If you are comfortable in a terminal, start there. The meeting is for when you want it done right the first time.

On your own

Following the free guide

  • You install, then wonder whether you did it right
  • When something breaks, you search forums at 11 pm
  • You answer the interview with whatever comes to mind
  • The vault starts nearly empty and stays that way for weeks
In the meeting

Installed with me on the call

  • Each step checked on your screen as you do it
  • When something breaks, it gets fixed in the same minute
  • Your real business goes in, with someone asking the right follow-up
  • You leave with your context loaded and the first tasks done

What you keep

Your Second Brain, installed

On your computer and in your accounts, with your context inside. Nothing stays on my side.

The recording

The whole call, so you can rewatch any step when you need it.

14 days of questions

Write to me by email for two weeks after the meeting, while you get used to it.

The template and the skills

The structure, the rules and the prompts are yours to keep, change and grow.

Who runs it

Rodolfo Burque

Builds and installs AI operating systems

I install AI systems in small businesses. I started with my own, because I needed to run an entire operation by myself, with no team and little time each day.

What I install with you is the same system that writes my pages, keeps my decisions and reminds me what I agreed in July. When something broke, it broke on me first.

I am not going to tell you how many people I have trained. What I have to show is running, and you will see it working live.

  • AI OS
  • Context engineering
  • Claude Code
  • Obsidian
  • Knowledge management

One invitation at the end, and I would rather say it now

What we install is personal: it runs on your computer and serves you. For many people that solves the whole problem and the subject ends there.

There is a bigger version. When the system stops being yours and becomes the company's, the whole team works on the same context, it connects to the tools the operation already uses, and every access gets a security review. That is company mode, installed by us, and it is paid.

At the end of the meeting I show it in a few minutes. You do not need to buy anything to keep what we built: the vault is yours, the context is yours, the template is yours.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everything we write in the meeting is plain English. You use apps with an interface and write instructions in ordinary text. If you can write an email explaining how your business serves a client, you can follow along.

Will I need to pay for any tool?

Yes, and I would rather say it up front. Obsidian is free. Claude needs a subscription, from the Pro plan (USD 20/month), because the free plan cannot handle what we do. Git and Python are free too.

Which operating systems are supported?

Windows, Mac and Linux. Windows is the most tested environment. On Mac and Linux there is one extra step, and we do it together in Part 1.

I already use Obsidian. Do I lose my vault?

No. Obsidian opens several vaults and you switch between them. The AIOS Second Brain lives in its own folder and does not touch the vault you already have.

What happens to my data?

The vault files stay on your machine and in your accounts. When you use Claude Code, the content of the files it is working on is sent to Anthropic to generate the answers, the same as using Claude normally. I do not keep a copy of anything.

What if we do not finish in one meeting?

Then we book a second session to finish it, at no extra cost. The meeting is only done when your Second Brain answers with your context.

Is it recorded?

Yes. The recording of the whole call is yours, along with 14 days of questions by email after the meeting.

Is this an implementation or a sales pitch in disguise?

It is an implementation, with one invitation at the end. The meeting is spent building, and the result comes out of it without you buying anything else. At the end I show company mode for those who want the system running with the whole team, and I say it here so you come in knowing.

Is there a Portuguese version?

Yes. This same meeting runs in Portuguese: see the Portuguese page. There is also a live group workshop in Portuguese over two evenings: see the workshop.

Ready to install it in one meeting?

Book the intro call. We check that the meeting fits what you need and pick the date for your session.
