If an AIOS Tools pack is not for you, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and you get all your money back, with no questions asked.
1. What this policy covers
Purchases of AIOS Tools packs on this site, one by one or as the complete set. Live Bubbles itself is free and has nothing to refund.
2. 14 days, for any reason
Within 14 days of the purchase date, you can ask for a full refund of any pack, for any reason. You do not have to explain.
3. How to ask
- Write to rodolfoburque@gmail.com from the email you used at checkout.
- Include the order number from your receipt.
- We reply within 3 business days and start the refund.
4. How the money comes back
The refund is made by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used, including the tax you were charged. When it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. After 14 days
After 14 days there is no refund, except when a file does not download or you were charged twice. In those cases, write to us at any time and we fix it or refund it.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
Packs are a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
7. After a refund
The licence to use the files of the refunded pack ends, and you agree to delete them.
8. Your rights under the law
This policy does not remove any right you have under the consumer law of your country. In Brazil, the 7-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online (article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code) is covered by the 14 days above.
