I'm Rodolfo Burque. For the past eight years I've worked inside one of Brazil's largest public institutions — and for the past few, I've been building a technology operation in parallel. Two workloads, one person. The only way that math closes is with a system that carries part of the weight.

So I built one: an AI Operating System. A structured second brain that holds everything I know, agents that research, write, file and report on top of it, and automations that run while I'm at my other job. It wasn't a product idea. It was survival engineering.
